Terms of Service for Digital Downloads of Photographs

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using digital photographs from Vision Skyworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not purchase, download, or use our photographs.

2. License
Upon purchase, Vision Skyworks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to use the digital photographs for personal or commercial purposes as specified in your purchase. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the photographs is prohibited.

3. Payment and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase is completed. Ensure you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All photographs are the intellectual property of Vision Skyworks and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the photographs.

5. Restrictions on Use
You may not:

Use the photographs for illegal purposes.
Use the photographs in a way that infringes on any third party's rights.
Alter, manipulate, or create derivative works from the photographs without prior written consent from Vision Skyworks.
Share the download link or the photographs with others.

6. Use in Real Estate
For real estate agents, the photographs may be used for marketing properties, including online listings, brochures, and other promotional materials. The use is limited to the marketing of the specific property for which the photographs were purchased and may not be reused for other properties or projects without additional purchases.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vision Skyworks from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the photographs or breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
Vision Skyworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the photographs.

9. Termination
Vision Skyworks reserves the right to terminate your access to the photographs if you violate any of these terms.
